Charateristic
Differential shaft, also known as slip shaft or friction shaft, is used as the winding shaft and special rewinding shaft for slitting machine. The purpose is to use the slipping on each differential ring on the shaft to make multiple constant tension rolls on the shaft.
Differential air shaft, as the main component of the slitter machine to complete the slitting of various materials. In the process of winding up, if the material thickness is uneven and the machine tension control is unstable, the coil material will be affected and the unwinding phenomenon and the tightness of the whole roll material will be inconsistent and the material will be damaged.
